MASONITE INTERNATIONAL

'Masonite International Corporation' is a Mississauga, Ontario based company which manufactures doors, door components, and door entry systems. It is one of the world's largest manufacturer and merchandiser of commercial and residential doors. ^[1] It was purchased by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in December 2004 for C$3.1 billion. ^[2] A producer of over 120,000 interior and exterior wood, fiberglass, and metal doors a day, it has operations in more than 80 facilities in sixteen countries in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. ^[3]
