MASSACHUSETTS'S 5TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT


'Massachusetts Congressional District 5' is a congressional district in northeastern Massachusetts. It contains the city of Lowell. It was most recently represented by Martin T. Meehan, who has served the district since 1993. The district is currently vacant, with a special electon called to fill it on October 162007.
