MEADOWS, NORTH CAROLINA
'Meadows' is a town in Stokes County in the U.S. state of North Carolina, about four miles southeast of the county seat, Danbury, on North Carolina State Highway 8.
It was the home of John William Wood Sr. who owned and donated the land on which Meadow School was built at Peacock's Crossroads.
