'Medialab' was funded in 1991 by the French master Alain Guillon. President and CEO Gerard Mital has took its place in 1993.
Located in Paris, France, the company acquired the animation company In Fine Films in 1998. In Fine Films is called In Fine Films, a Medialab company.
