AYU-DAG

'Ayu-Dag' or 'Medved-gora' (, , ) is the peak in Crimea, Ukraine. It is also known under Russified name Medved-gora (, ). The peack is located in 16 km north-east from Yalta between the towns of Gurzuf and Partenit.
There is camp Artek near Ayu-Dag (Medved Mountain).
The mountain is laccolith. Today its territory is Nature reserve (5.5 km2).
All language variants of mountain's name mean ''Bear Mountain'' ("bear" - медведь in Russian, ведмідь in Ukrainian, ayuv in Crimean Tatar; "mountain" - гора in Russian and Ukrainian, dağ in Crimean Tatar).
