MELLUM

'Mellum' is an island north of the Butjadingen peninsula. Mellum is a small, uninhabited Eastfrisian island. It is about large and has been under natural protection since 1993. There is only 1 house on Mellum, which was built in 1907 and can be used for wildlife watching & research purposes only.
