MICHAEL CARBERRY
'Michael Carberry' (born September 29, 1980) is an English cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm offbreak bowler.
Born in Croydon, Carberry only made one appearance in Surrey's Championship-winning season of 2002, having previously represented England Under-19s at the 2000 Cricket World Cup. He moved to Kent in 2003 and in his first season scored over 600 first-class runs.
In 2005 he made only one first-class appearance, but made 10 appearances in the totesport League. In the Twenty20 cup he excelled, playing three games with an 80.66 average.
He left Kent at the end of the 2005 season and joined Hampshire on a two-year contract.
