MIKI MAYA
Miki Maya (真矢みき; born January 31, 1964 in Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture) is a Japanese Actress, also a former top star of Takarazuka Revue. Her real name is Miki Sato (佐藤美季). Her blood type is O. During her childhood, she had been living in several different cities because of her father's job nature. It was Toyonaka, Osaka, where she had spent most of her teenager time before she joined the Takarazuka Revue in 1981. Her debut performance was "Takarazuka Haru no Odori" and became the top star of Flower Troupe in 1995. She retired in 1998, much to the disappointment of her many fans. Her last show was 'Speakeasy'.
Miki, as she is more affectionately known as, is considered by some as one that affected many changes in the image of the "otokoyaku", having many "first"s under her name. Many would consider her one of the most forceful (and sexiest) top stars of all time. Surprisingly, she originally wanted to be a musumeyaku when she first entered the music school.
