Jenny's Sisters

Jenny's sisters (XJ-1 to 8) are actually prototypes that Mrs. Wakeman created before Jenny. As such, they all have minor flaws and distinct personalities.

Don Prima

Don Prima
'Don Prima' (Quinton Flynn) is perhaps the most popular student at Tremorton High. However, he is notorious for his narcissistic ways and attitude. Jenny Wakeman once had a crush on him, but, after seeing his self-centeredness firsthand when she accidentally stepped on his foot (he cried over his ruined shoe), has since forgotten about him. Don also throws a lot of parties, but they've been shown to be, as Jenny put it, "quite lame."
Don's name is taken from the phrase "prima donna" due to his self-absorbed personality.

Dr. Phineas Mogg

Dr. Wakeman's longtime scientific rival. Mogg never hesitates to insult and put down Nora and her creations, Jenny among them, making him quite a headache to both of the Wakeman women. He is also notorious for ripping off Nora's work, such as creating his own robot dubbed "Y-K9 Kenny", whom Jenny once had a brief crush on. His name is a play on Phileas Fogg, the main character in the Jules Verne novel ''Around the World in Eighty Days.''

Dr. Locus

A scientist of questionable ethics who lives alone in the underground caverns of Tremorton, accompanied by his android daughter Melody. Not much is known about his personality, aside from the "creepy mad scientist" focus, but he does seem to genuinely care for Melody.

Melody

An advanced android created by Dr. Locus, Melody's human-like skin hides her true mechanical nature. Dr. Locus originally desired to enhance her systems by utilizing Jenny's system schematics. However, upon Brad stumbling into her "father's" lair, Melody developed feelings for him, ultimately leading her to secretly aid in Brad and Jenny's escape from the lab.
Later, Melody managed to reunite with Brad for some quality time together, much to Jenny's suspicion. However, Jenny eventually realized that Melody is an android, and (wrongly) attacked her believing that Melody is deceiving Brad. After that, Melody tearfully went away.

Smytus

Smytus
'Smytus' (Steven Blum) is the arrogant, egotistic military general of the Cluster. Like Vexus, he doesn't like Jenny very much and is always on the verge of capturing her. He makes his first appearance in "Dressed to Kill", where he tries to get an artifact known as the Pip Crystals to the Cluster. In "Sister Sledgehammer" he succeeds in capturing Jenny and uses her as the center piece of a giant robot until her sisters free her. In the one hour special "Escape from Cluster Prime" he leads the Cluster Fleet to invade Earth. In the end he is defeated by Jenny once more and self-destructs his ship (and possibly himself) as a last piece of resistance.
He again appears in Trash Talk (oddly enough, only his legs were ultimately destroyed; his arms remained intact). He hasn't appeared since then, but seeing how Vexus managed to escape the trash planet it's very likely he is still alive.

Krackus

Krackus
'Krackus' (Jim Ward) is the Cluster inventor, also a villain that Jenny encountered. Bad luck seems to follow him wherever he goes and most of his inventions tend to either fall apart or backfire on him. Because of this hardly anyone ever considers him a serious threat. In ''Around the World in Eighty Pieces'', Krackus uses his Automatic Disassembler to split Jenny in parts and scatter them across the globe, but fails to notify his Queen Vexus of his accomplishment before Jenny's friends are able to put her pieces back together. In ''Toying with Jenny'', Krackus teams up with the Cluster queen, Vexus, to create living Jenny toys. In Escape From Cluster Prime, he was presumed to be destroyed, along with Smytus's ship, in a massive explosion.
Krackus' final appearance is in ''Trash Talk'', where he's barely hanging on to his life as he tries to arrange a means of escape from the garbage dump asteroid that he, Vexus, and Smytus are stuck on. He hasn't appeared since then, but seeing how Vexus managed to escape the garbage asteroid it's very likely he is still alive.

The Space Bikers (Orion's Angels)

A group of aliens and one of Jenny's more recurring enemies. They travel the galaxy looking to parties to crash, but when they aren't invited to a party, they tend to wreck everything.
'Letta' ''(center)'' (Grey DeLisle) is the leader of the gang. Some of the other space bikers are known as:
'Olga' (also voiced by Candi Milo): She's the big one of the gang.
'Tammy' (also voiced by Janice Kawaye): The newest member of the group. She's the good-looking one of the gang. She and Brad once tried to get married in ''Ball and Chain''.
'Lenny' (also voiced by Grey DeLisle): He's Letta's little pet. Also, he's the shy and nervous one of the gang.
'Sludge' (also voiced by Candi Milo): She's the rudest one of the gang.

The Teen Team

The Teen Team

The Teen Team is a trio of intergalactic teenage superheroes who travel the cosmos looking for crime and evil to fight. Jenny was once invited to fight alongside them on their travels, and she was so excited to have them for friends that she wound up ignoring her other friends (Brad and Tuck) as a result. After realizing her neglect for her longtime pals, she decided against leaving Earth with the trio.
'Orion' - The apparent leader of the Teen Team. Orion is the group's most stoic and aloof member. His powers are his immense strength and sonic beams. Orion's design mimics that of the Teen Titans character Cyborg, minus the robotic parts. Voiced by Phil LaMarr.
'Squish' - Squish is the jokester of the group. His body is composed of a gel-like substance, making him an adept shapeshifter. He is voiced by Steven Blum.
'Misty' - The only female member of the Teen Team, a roaming ninja and Jenny's on-again-off-again friend. Voiced by Audrey Wasilewski.
The Teen Team has recently broken up, as revealed in the episode ''Teenage Mutant Ninja Troubles''. As a result of the breakup, Misty is now living on Earth with Jenny.

Vega

Vega
'Vega' (Thora Birch) is the daughter of Queen Vexus, and thus is the Princess. She has, so far, only appeared in the movie ''Escape from Cluster Prime'', and will most likely not make any more appearances. Vega becomes friends with Jenny with whom she finds out about a conspiracy involving her mother stealing gold computer chips that enable all robots to become liberated from Vexus' control. She invites Jenny to come live with her on the newly-dubbed Vega Prime, but Jenny declines, saying that she belongs on Earth for now. At the end, Vega becomes the queen of Cluster Prime, succeeding her mother.

Vega's friends

Vega's friends

'Shell': ''(center)'' Looks and sounds like Sheldon.
'Drab': ''(left)'' Looks and sounds just like Brad. Even his name is rearranged from Brad.
'Tuff': ''(right)'' Resembles Tuck, but has a deep, more 'grown-up' voice.
It's a curious fact that they act like their human counterparts.

Minor Robots

'Cluster Ambassador'
The Cluster Ambassador was the very first Cluster robot encountered by Jenny. His mission was to try and "convince" Jenny to join their race. Upon her refusal, the Ambassador proceeded to destroy her. He was defeated and destroyed with the flip of an OFF switch on his back
.
Voiced by Wally Wingert.
'Killgore (Kilroy)'
A tiny wind-up robot with serious delusions of grandeur. He considers himself to be a vicious villain (though he barely even qualifies as a threat), and wants to destroy Jenny to prove his mettle. Best known for his constant line of ''Surrender!''
'Armagedroid'
Created by Dr. Wakeman and the Skyway Patrol many years ago, before the advent of the XJ Line, the massive Armagedroid was designed to be the world's savior in a time of war, and he succeeded. However, his primitive A.I. system soon led him to attack the very Earth he defended by disarming and destroying their weaponry. Ironically, Jenny pointed out that ''he'' was a weapon himself, prompting Armagedroid to destroy his own body.
'Kenny (Y-K9)'
Developed by Dr. Mogg to be his own version of Jenny. However, as his code-number suggests, his personality is more akin to that of a pet dog than a teenage robot. Jenny once had a crush on him, but was forced to break it off upon learning his true nature.
Jenny's Classmates

Besides Brad, Sheldon and the Krusts, several other recurrring characters also appear at school.
'Pteresa': One of Tremerton High School's cheerleaders. She dislikes Brad and sees him as a loser.

'Jeremy': Easily recognized by his green mohawk and British accent.

'Maria': First seen in the episode "Teen Idol". One of Brad's pals.
