MISS NORTH DAKOTA USA
The 'Miss North Dakota USA' competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of North Dakota in the Miss USA pageant.
North Dakota is one of the least successful states in the pageant competition. They have had only three placements and have never won the Miss USA crown. Their highest placement was in 1966 when Judy Slayton placed 3rd runner-up to Maria Remenyi of California. No Miss North Dakota USA has placed since 1996.
Two Miss North Dakota USA titleholders have competed at Miss America and four have competed at Miss Teen USA.
