Sweetheart first entered the porn industry in 2000, shortly after turning eighteen. ^[1] Her early work was done in Europe for ''Private Media''. She later gained notoriety with her performance in ''Buttman's Anal Show 2'', performing with Laura Angel and Christoph Clark. ^[2] Somewhat unusual of European porn stars, Sweetheart speaks fluent English. Sweetheart divides her time between Prague, Spain, and Southern California.
To date, Sweetheart has performed in over 250 adult films, many of which depict Sweetheart performing anal sex acts. In 2004, Sweetheart was nominated for the ''Best Group Scene Award'' by the X-rated Critics Organization (XRCO) for her scene in ''Eye of the Beholder''.
Sweetheart was a close friend of Lea De Mae, a former model and porn star also from the Czech Republic, ^[3] who died from brain cancer in December 2004. Sweetheart appeared at age 18, along with Czech porn actresses De Mae, Silvia Saint, and Daniella Rush (known as the "Dream Team") in director Frank Thring's ''The Academy'' (2000).
Sweetheart has a somewhat unusual tattoo on the back of her right shoulder. Some observers believe that the tattoo is a lobster, others believe it may actually be a crawfish, as referred to in the line "Got a crawfish on my shoulder..." in the Koko Taylor song "Voodoo Woman". ^[4]
Sweetheart has been represented by the adult agency LA Direct Models, but is currently represented by the Czech agency Absolute Stars. On November 26, 2006, Sweetheart appeared in the Belgian comedy show ''Willy's en Marjetten''. She played herself in a sketch where she was greeted at the airport by her fictive official Belgian 'fanclub' consisting of five members.
