Criticism

The phone's build quality, poor battery life, large size, low memory, and PC Connectivity have raised criticism from users and reviewers.

★ Build Quality – Users have reported failing devices, elements such as keys or joystick breaking and an out-of-the-box issue whereas the battery cover can be moved slightly while in place.

★ Battery Life – Relatively Low

★ Large Size – Phone is larger and heavier than competiting phones

★ Low Memory – 2mb, [Although can be increased over 100 times the size with an inexpensive Transflash card]

★ PC Connectivity – No Infrared or Bluetooth. USB Datacable not included.
Although some of these issues are easy to evade, e.g Memory..Others such as Bluetooth and Infrared are permanent. However, the lack of some features are appropriate for this phone's market, unfortunately many people do not realize this.
