MOTTA CAMASTRA

'Motta Camastra' is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 160 km east of Palermo and about 45 km southwest of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 868 and an area of 25.3 km².^[1]
The municipality of Motta Camastra contains the ''frazione'' (subdivision) Fondaco Motta e San Cataldo.
Motta Camastra borders the following municipalities: Antillo, Castiglione di Sicilia, Francavilla di Sicilia, Graniti.
