'MphasiS' (MphasiS BFL Ltd) is an information technology and business process outsourcing company based in Bangalore, India. In June 2006 Electronic Data Systems (EDS) purchased a controlling stake in the company (52%) for $380 million and will operate as an independent EDS unit.[1]
The company focuses on the financial services, healthcare, telecom, and high technology industries, providing application development, integration, and management, as well as BPO services, including the operation of large-scale customer contact centers.
