MU GEMINORUM
'Mu Geminorum' (μ Gem / μ Geminorum) is a star in the constellation Gemini. It also has the traditional names 'Tejat Posterior', which means ''back foot'', 'Tejat', 'Calx', and 'Pish Pai' (from the Persian ''Pīshpāy'', پیشپای, meaning ''foreleg''.)
Mu Geminorum is an irregular variable[1] of type LB, whose brightness varies between magnitude +2.75 and +3.02. A red giant of the spectral class M3, its approximate distance from the sun is 230 light years.
