MUMTAZ TAHINCIOGLU

'Mumtaz Tahincioglu' (Turkish: 'Mümtaz Tahincioğlu'), born on 1952 in Mardin, Turkey is current President of Turkish Motorsports Federation (TOSFED) and FIA Council Member.
He lived in England between 1968-89. He won Turkish Carting Championship 3 times between 1989-92 and then he race in World Carting Championship for Turkey.
He is President of Turkish Motorsports Federation (TOSFED) since 1997 and father of Jason Tahincioglu who is GP2 team FMS International's Turkish auto racing driver.
