MURIEL BRISTOL

'Muriel Bristol' was a scientist working in the field of alga biology. She is notable for being the lady who claimed to be able to tell whether the milk or the tea was poured first.^[1] Ronald Fisher, on hearing this, devised Fisher's exact test to assess the statistical significance of such claims.
