NEW CANEY HIGH SCHOOL


'New Caney High School' is a public secondary school in New Caney, an unincorporated section of Montgomery County, Texas.
New Caney High School is part of the New Caney Independent School District. NCHS serves the cities of Roman Forest and Woodbranch and the minuscule Montgomery County portion of Houston (near Kingwood). NCISD also serves the unincorporated communities of New Caney, Porter Heights, Oakhurst at Kingwood, and Kings Manor.
NCHS is currently a 4A school with a student body of 2000+. It has two campuses: a main campus serving grades 10 through 12 and a ninth grade campus. The school has been credited for its Academic Decathlon program, Basketball team, JROTC, and band.
