★ An American Viticultural Area consisting of Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, Marin, and Solano Counties in California

★ North Coast (provincial electoral district) for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Canada.
There is also the North Coast Limited, a famous passenger train in the United States between Chicago and Seattle.
