'North Miami Senior High School' ['NMSHS'], is a secondary school located at 800 NE 137th St in North Miami, Florida. As of 2007 its principal is Carnell A. White.
North Miami Senior High School's construction started in 1951 for the students of the North Miami area. The school first opened its gates in August of 1954. The class of 1955 was the first graduating class.
North Miami's main athletic rival is North Miami Beach Senior High School.

'North Miami Senior High School' was given a grade of "'I'" by the Florida Department of Education in 2006-2007. In 2005-2006, this school received a "'D'".

★ 47% of the students in the school participate in the free or reduced-price lunch program.
★ The attendance rate of the school is 90% compared to the state average of 94%.
The City of North Miami and the Miami-Dade County School Board have agreed to a plan to build a new North Miami High School on the grounds of North Miami Middle School and build a new North Miami Middle on the grounds of North Miami High.
