Location
The station is located at the southern end of the Victoria Street rail overpass. Tram routes 75 and 109 are short walk's from the station.
Facilities
The station consists of two evelated side platforms. Platform 1 contains a large pebblemix building while platform 2 contains a small pebblemix building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 1, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A small Metcard machine is located at the entrance to platform 2.
Both platforms can be accessed via Victoria Street.

North Richmond station opened on Monday, 21st October 1901.
