'Nyan Win' has been the foreign minister of Myanmar since September 19 2004. He is a major general in the Tatmadaw (Myanmar Armed Forces).
★ February 24, 2005: Nyan Win arrived in Bangladesh for three-day talks led by Bangladesh Foreign Minister M Morshed Khan on topics including repatriation of refugees and the establishment of road links between the two countries.
