'Municipal District of Opportunity No. 17' is a municipal district in northern Alberta, Canada.
It is located in Census Division 17 north of Athabasca. The municipal seat is in Wabasca. It was established as a municipal district on Aug 01, 1995, from the former ''Improvement District No. 17 East (North)''.
