PBL MEDIA
'PBL Media' is a joint venture between Publishing and Broadcasting Limited and CVC Asia Pacific.
Originally ownership of the joint venture was 50/50, however in June 2007, PBL announced that it would sell a further 25% to CVC for $AUD 515 million.[1]
Under a proposed split of PBL into two companies, any remaining share in PBL Media held by PBL will be owned by Consolidated Media Holdings[2]
