The 'PLUS Expressway Berhad (PEB)' or 'Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Berhad (PLUS)' (KLSE : PLUS) is the largest highway concessionaries or Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) operator company in Malaysia, The company also the largest listed toll expressway operator in Southeast Asia, Asia, and the eighth largest in the world.
The company was founded on 27 June 1986 known as 'Highway Concessionnaires Berhad', a member of the United Engineers Malaysia Berhad (UEM). On 13 May 1988, it changed its name to 'Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad (PLUS)'. The company was incorporated in Malaysia on 29 January 2002 known as 'PLUS Expressway Berhad (PEB)'. On 17 June 2002, the company was listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) (now Bursa Malaysia).
PLUS Expressways Berhad's wholly owned subsidiary, Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan operates and maintains three interconnected expressways: the North South Expressway, the New Klang Valley Expressway and a section of The Federal Highway Route 2.
PLUS Expressways Berhad also is the operator of :

The integration of the operations of Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad, ELITE and LINKEDUA under PLUS Expressways Berhad ensures reliability of services as it holds the concession to operate and maintain a total of 966.5 km of inter-urban toll highways in Peninsular Malaysia making it the largest listed toll expressway operator in Southeast Asia, Asia, and the eighth largest in the world.
