PARSE

'Parse' (پارسه) is the area in between the Shatt al-Arab and the Persian Gulf, in which the Persian Empire existed. The name ''Parse'' is from old Persian and means "for Persian". The ''Parse'' or ''Parseh'' is today in Iran and the Zagros Mountains cut this area and Iran highland. (Parseh gáh)
