'The Party of Turkic Federalists' ''(Azeri:Türk Ədəmi Mərkəziyyət Firqəsi)'' was an Azeri political party established by Nasibbek Usubbekov and Hasan bey Aghayev in Ganja, just after February revolution in 1917. Its main aim was achieving autonomy for Turkic peoples in a federative Russia. In 17 June, 1917 it merged with Musavat, thus became its right wing.
