PASIAN DI PRATO

'Pasian di Prato' is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Udine in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 70 km northwest of Trieste and about 3 km southwest of Udine. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 8,825 and an area of 15.9 km².^[1]
The municipality of Pasian di Prato contains the ''frazioni'' (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Pasian di Prato, Colloredo di Prato, Passons, and più le località di Santa Caterina e Bonavilla.
Pasian di Prato borders the following municipalities: Basiliano, Campoformido, Martignacco, Tavagnacco, Udine.
