PAUL HAZEN

'Paul Mandeville Hazen' is chairman of Accel-KKR and KKR Financial Corp, subsidiaries of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts.
Hazen is a board director of Vodafone Group Plc since June 1999, and Deputy Chairman and senior independent director since May 2000.
In 2001, he retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo & Company and its principal subsidiary, Wells Fargo Bank, NA.
Hazen has been a director of AirTouch Communications since April 1993. He is also a director of E.piphany, Inc., Phelps Dodge Corporation, Safeway Inc., Willis Group Holdings Limited and Xstrata AG.
