PHIL CUNNINGHAM (ROCK MUSICIAN)

'Phil Cunningham' (born 17 December 1974, Macclesfield, Cheshire, England) is the newest member of the English band, New Order. He fully joined in 2004, having toured with the band as a session musician from 2001. He replaced Gillian Gilbert as a member of the band, but has a slightly different role, with less synthesizer and more guitar work.
In the 1990s, Cunningham was a member of the Britpop group Marion, who he has recently reformed with lead singer, Jaime Harding.
Cunningham was also involved in a band called Run Run Run but due to New Order obligations, he had to leave the project.
