Sir 'Philip Euen Mitchell' (1890 – 1964) was a British Colonial administrator who served as Governor of Uganda (1935 – 1940) and Governor of Fiji and High Commissioner for the Western Pacific (1942 – 1945), and Governor of Kenya (1944 – 1952).
