The Pine-Richland High School's mascot is the ram. The Pine-Richland sports teams include boys and girls volleyball, baseball, tennis, crew, girls and boys golf, boys and girls lacrosse, wrestling, track,swimming/Diving, cross country, and gymnastics.
The Rams baseball, girls soccer, hockey, gymnastics, and volleyball teams were all state champions in the 2005-2006 school year. They also had the 2005-2006 Gatorade Thirst Quencher Pennsylvania Volleyball Player of the Year in Jamel Nicholas.

Art

Art displays/exhibitions occur year round in Pine Richland High School. These include photography, drawings, paintings and self portraits are seen hanging in the halls.
Band

The band course contains both a fall/winter marching band section and a latter year ensemble experience. The Pine-Richland Rams Marching Band has a yearly repiteaur consisting of an "opener," a tuba feature, a band dance (during which the drumline is also featured), a colorguard feature, a dance team feature and other songs. The second part of the band course, the ensemble band, focuses on musical ability. The ensemble band is split into two groups, a "Concert Band" and a "Wind Ensemble," by ability. Wind Ensemble, the better of the two groups, plays harder compositions.
Jazz Ensemble

Jazz Ensemble provides a venue for students to play jazz.
Jazz Band provides easier, but still challenging pieces for students to play, and the course consists of a trip to California University of PA, for a Jazz Clinic
Music Theory

Music Theory provides a comprehensive study on music.
