PISCATAQUIS RIVER


The 'Piscataquis River' is found in Piscataquis County, Maine, United States, and starts from various branches in the region. The river flows in a mostly eastern direction until it meets the Penobscot River at Howland, when it turns South. It is approximately 65 miles in length.[1]

Flow here has ranged from 7,550 to 4.8 cubic feet per second. The second is near Dover-Foxcroft, Maine () where the rivershed is . Flow here has ranged from 37,300 to 5 cubic feet per second.
