PLOUGUIN

'Plouguin' (''Plougin'' in Breton) is a commune in Finistère, Brittany. It lies 20 km northwest of Brest, about 7 km from the English Channel in the far west of the Leon peninsula. Its population was 1955 at the 1999 census.
Plouguin is twinned with the town of Newport in Pembrokeshire, Wales.
