PLYMPTON, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
'Plympton' (, postcode 5038, altitude 22m), is a suburb of the city of Adelaide, South Australia. The suburb is named after a village near the town of Plymouth, England, and is believed to have been given by H. M. Boswarve to a private subdivision in the area. It was accepted as an official name for the suburb in 1944.
