'Cieszyn Powiat' (in Polish ''powiat cieszyński'') is an administrative district in Poland's Silesian Voivodship. The powiat's administrative seat is Cieszyn. The powiat has an area of 730.20 km² and a population of 170,400. The population density is 233/km² (2004).
