PROSPECT CREEK (NEW SOUTH WALES)
'Prospect Creek' is a small creek in south-western Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It flows from the Prospect reservoir (near Prospect) for about 17 km until joining the Georges River[1] at Georges Hall into the Dhurawal bay, in the Chipping Norton Lake system.
As the reservoir forms a part of the Sydney metropolitain water supply, the flow of the creek is regulated in accordance with the operational requirements of Sydney Water.

Fishing in Prospect Creek is subject to restrictions [1] due to its proximity to urban areas. There are mullet, bream, black fish, carp and more.
Sharks can also be found in the creek as it is tidal, and swimming is not recommended.
