'PublishAtlantica' is an imprint of American publisher, PublishAmerica. The company claimed to be headquartered in the UK in Milton Keynes, midway between Birmingham and London.
The imprint was originally named PublishBritannica, but following a lawsuit by Encyclopædia Britannica alleging trademark infractions the company changed its name, first to PublishBritannia and then to PublishAtlantica.
