RAFAEL YGLESIAS

'Rafael Yglesias' (born May 12, 1954) is an American novelist and screenwriter.
Yglesias was born and raised in New York City's Washington Heights neighborhood and now lives in Greenwich Village. He dropped out of high school upon publication of his first novel, ''Hide Fox, and All After'' in 1972. Later in life he began writing screenplays leading, eventually, to the production of his first movie, ''Fearless'' an adaptation of his novel of the same title. His parents are the novelists José Yglesias and Helen Yglesias and blogger and journalist Matthew Yglesias is his son.
