RENFREW, CALGARY

'Renfrew' is a residential neighborhood in the north-east quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is located south of the Trans-Canada Highway, and north of the inner city community of Bridgeland. To the east it is bordered by the ''Nose Hill Creek'' and the Deerfoot Trail.
It is represented in the Calgary City Council by Ward 9 Alderman Joe Ceci.

In 2006 the neighbourhood had a population of 5,629. Residents in this community had a median household income of $47,692 in 2000, and there were 15.6% low income residents living in the neighborhood. As of 2000, 18.4% of the residents were immigrants. A proportion of 38.5% of the buildings were condominiums or apartments, and 40.9% of the housing was used for renting.
