ROB PATTERSON
'Rob Patterson' (born November 9th, 1970) is a former member of the nu-metal band Otep and former touring guitarist for the band Korn.
Patterson was born in Natick, Massachusetts. Patterson played guitar for Korn from July 2005 - Jan 2007 -
During the 2006 ''See You on the Other Side'' world tour, Patterson and three other instrumentalists began playing onstage with the band during performances, he also contributed backing vocals.
Patterson was temporarily replaced by Christian Olde Wolbers of Fear Factory for the first three shows of the tour's European leg. No official statements were made to explain why Christian played only the first three shows (Portugal and Spain). Patterson resumed his role as touring guitarist until Jan 2007.
Rob also played on Korn's MTV unplugged session both on the CD and the aired TV show.
He recently released a solo EP on iTunes entitled "Dr. Z"
