ROBERT LOUIS CARLETON
'Robert Louis Carleton' (aka 'Bob Carleton') (b. Nov. 8 1894 or 1896, Missouri - d. July 13, 1956, Burbank, CA) was an American pianist and composer of popular music. He composed over 500 songs, including the WWI hit, '''Ja-Da!''' (1918).[1] His surname is often misspelled as "Carlton."
He was married to Mary Louise Carleton and had two daughters, Jaleta and Judy, and a son, Robert.
