'Rockford-Montgomery Labs' is a distribution and marketing company based in Athens, Georgia. The company has also created a line of over the counter pharmaceutical products under their '360 OTC®' brand.
On May 22, 2007, Three Sixty, Inc. announced that it had reached a definitive agreement to purchase 100% of Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc., innovator of the 360 OTC brand.
Three Sixty Inc, is a public company traded under the ticker symbol TSXT on the OTC Exchange.

Rockford-Montgomery Labs is currently marketing two versions of its 360 OTC over-the-counter pharmaceutical products. One product is for pain relief (360 OTC Pain Relief Extra Strength™), while the other product (360 OTC Ignite Maximum Strength™) is a stimulant. [1]
360 OTC Pain Relief Extra Strength and 360 OTC Ignite Maximum Strength are currently available in CVS/pharmacy, Walgreens, and Meijer retail stores. 360 OTC Hangover Maximum Strength will be available in these same stores in July, 2007.
360 OTC Hangover Relief™ and 360 OTC Hangover Relief Lite™ will be available nationally in TARGET stores in August, 2007.
Sponsorship and Advertising
Since February 2007, Rockford-Montgomery Labs has been the primary sponsor of the #36 Bill Davis Racing Toyota driven by Jeremy Mayfield in NASCAR's NEXTEL Cup series.
360 OTC can also be found on the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series vehicle of Johnny Benson. [2]
On February 18, 2007, Rockford-Montgomery Labs launched the first-ever SKYSCREEN Airship blimp with a 30' x 70' full-motion LED display. [3]
360 OTC is the official sponsor of World Wrestling Entertainment's ''WrestleMania 23''.
Lawsuits
As of August 30, 2007, Rockford-Montgomery Labs is involed in lawsuits revolving around sponsorship in motorsports. The first was filed by Morgan-McClure motorsports for $10.1 million for unpaid sponsorship money. Another lawsuit has been filed by Dirt Motorsports. 360 OTC is a series sponsor of World of Outlaws and the sponsorship deal was worth $1.5 million in 2007, $1.6 million in 2008 and $1.7 million in 2009. Rockford-Montgomery labs has failed to pay up money for title sponsor and a $150,000 check bounced this past February.
