RONDE ISLAND

(Redirected from Ronde (Grenada))
'Ronde Island', or '' 'L'ÃŽle de Ronde', '' is a small islet between Grenada and Carriacou (Grenadines).
It is completely isolated and untouched by development, fishing or run-off. Underwater visibility typically exceeds 30m. Sea turtles, large pelagic fish and green moray eels are common. A stunning sea-bottom topography includes breathtaking drop-offs over 'bottomless' vertical walls, coral-encrusted canyons - and even a swim-through cave which opens to an underground cavern decorated with stalactites and quartz crystals.
