ROSE ATOLL NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE

'Rose Atoll National Wildlife Refuge' consists of two small islands off of the coast of American Samoa. It is the southernmost land in the United States. The area is managed jointly by the government of American Samoa and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the agency which administers the U.S. system of National Wildlife Refuges.
