RUBY HUTCHISON

'Ruby Hutchison' was the first woman elected to the Western Australian Legislative Council in 1954 serving until 1971. She also was a key figure in the establishment of the Australasian Consumers' Association in 1959 (the name was changed to the Australian Consumers' Association in 1963).
