RUTH STAFFORD PEALE

'Ruth Stafford Peale' (born September 10, 1906) is an American writer, editor, and speaker. She is the widow of ''The Power of Positive Thinking'' author Norman Vincent Peale, and co-founder of Guideposts magazine and the Peale Center. She was born in Fonda, Iowa to Canadian parents, Methodist clergyman Frank B. Stafford and Loretta A. Stafford.
