RYūSEI NAKAO

(born February 5, 1951) is a Japanese actor, singer, and seiyū affiliated with 81 Produce. He was born in the Tokyo Metropolitan area as .
As a seiyū, he is best known for his roles in ''Anpanman'' (Baikinman), ''Dragon Ball Z'' (Freeza), ''Ghost Stories'' (Kāya), and ''Bleach'' (Mayuri Kurotsuchi). Despite his wide range, he is often typecast in roles where the character have very odd or creepy voices (like Kurotsuchi from Bleach).
