SAINT GEORGE, GEORGIA
'Saint George' is a small town located in the "Georgia Bend" of the St. Mary's river in Charlton County. Along with Moniac it is one of the two southernmost settlements in the state of Georgia. The population in 1900 was about 1,000. The town has since declined although it is not a Ghost town.
