SAM HUTCHINSON


'Samuel Edward "Sam" Hutchinson' (born August 3 1989 in Slough, Berkshire, England) is an English footballer who is currently a Right back for Chelsea F.C.. He has featured regularly for the Chelsea reserve and youth teams.
A right-back who first joined the Chelsea Academy at nine, Hutchinson is in his second year full-time at the Chelsea. He turned professional in August 2006, making his first appearance for the England U-18s. Also able to play at centre-back, Hutchinson was also the second highest appearance maker in the Chelsea's youth team last season.
Hutchinson made his first senior team appearance for Chelsea on May 13, 2007 in a Premier League encounter with Everton.[1] He was then taken on the first team tour of the U.S.A., prior to the 2007/08 season.
On 20 August 2007, Hutchinson signed a new four-year contract, keeping him at Stamford Bridge until 2011.[2]
